Q: Do I need to supply material?
A: No: We are happy to cut and supply or cut customer supplied material. We stock a wide range of commonly used steel grades and thicknesses and because we purchase large quantities of steel we can often supply any grade or thickness of material at competitive prices. If you choose to supply your own material please note that mild steel must be clean, rust and scale free as well as a flat sheet to achieve satisfactory laser cutting results. Also if supplying sheet we require a minimum size of approx. 500 x 500mm

Q: What do I need to supply?
A: Either a drawing, sample, template or sketch. Drawings need to be supplied as per our drawing guidelines. If we are supplied a sample, template or sketch, there may be a programming cost to turn the concept idea to a cut file. If there are costs involved this will be discussed up-front.

Q: What sort of drawing formats can you supply?
A: All formats described here.

Q: How long does it take?
A: Our lead time varies depending on work load and the size of your job. Do not hesitate to contact us.

Q: Is there a programming cost?
A: If the customer supplied file is as per our drawing guidelines then generally there is no charge. If the customer cannot supply a file, but supplies a sample, template or sketch then there may be a programming cost to turn the concept to a cut file. If there are costs involved this will be discussed up-front.
